What happens after you've received your order is just as important to us as before it's completed. Look here for information on how to return, exchange, or make a product complaint. And of course, we always offer free shipping on purchases over €100 and 30 days of free returns!

1. Register your return

Register your return or size exchange in our digital return checkout

2. Package the goods

Pack the registered goods you want to return or exchange. Cover the old shipping label with the pre-paid return label provided in your delivery.

3. Drop-off return

The carrier for your return isn't necessarily the same as when the package was delivered. If your return label reads DHL Return Connect, head over to Parcel Connects postal service finder to find a DHL partner service point near you (not possible to return by locker).

Living in Latvia or Lithuania? Head over to Smartpost LT or Smartpost LV to book a Smartpost Locker near you.

Make sure you keep a receipt or confirmation of the drop-off.
